My Granny, Sara Mae Jones, went to be with Jesus this afternoon. I am so grateful that I am comforted and assured of this fact because I know when she met Him. To borrow a phrase I learned from a very wise man, instead of saying goodbye I am able to say "Granny, I'll see you later." I am so Thankful to my Granny for always making me feel loved and letting me know I was precious in her sight. She was also the author of Granny's Famous Rolls, many of our other recipes, and she was the key influencer in my passion for food and building relationships around food. She kept me in the kitchen since I was a baby, and those are some of my earliest memories. She was so proud of Kairos Kafe and so humbled by the fact that people loved something that she helped create. She was very proud of each of you. God Bless You all. She leaves behind quite a legacy in her children and grandchildren, and the support of Kairos Fans all over will add to that. Thank You all. From the bottom of my heart.
