Cream Corn Salad

I had an incredible time cooking today for the buffet on Sunday. It's gonna be off the chain so y'all come see me in Gardendale 11:00-2:00. Southern Fried Chicken, Meatballs with tomato gravy, my Grannys Chicken and Dumplings (they are a lot of work to make but the results are worth it!), Grilled Pork Chops with Honeymustard-BBQ Sauce, Cole Slaw, a new recipe I made up tonight that I'm calling cream corn salad (man it is good!!!), Broccoli Salad, Potato Salad, My Momma's favorite Lima Beans, smashed red potatoes, and Mac N Cheese... I inherited all my Granny's Recipes and cookbooks. Sure has been fun going back through all the recipes I grew up with. The Buffet in Gardendale kicks off Monday. I'm excited about doing Kountry delicious goodness every day!! Y'all come eat!
