What’s Up Guys,

I must say that it has been a pretty awesome week at Kairos Kafe. We are making lots of changes that I am sure you guys will enjoy! One is that we are implementing the Kairos Kountry Buffet that should be up and running in the next few weeks at the Gardendale Location. If it goes over well we may think about adding that to the Birmingham location. We have also started the Buffet on Sundays from 11:00 till 2:00 in Gardendale. I am having a good time shopping for Fresh Vegetables and coming up with fresh new ideas. I hope you will love the results! We have also figured out a way for me to be at both the Birmingham Location and the Gardendale Kairos! Beginning this Monday I will be cooking in Birmingham during Lunch and back up here in Gardendale the rest of the time. I am very excited to have a presence at both Kairos Kafe’s! The format of the newsletter is also changing a little bit. We will be posting the various Weekly Specials on our website www.kairoskafe.com and on our Facebook page www.facebook.com/KairosKafe The Format for the weekly coupon will also be changing up some as well. Instead of sending out a coupon, we are asking that you “check in” on our Facebook page to get a free dessert, beverage, etc. each week. This will be a blessing to you guys and also help us in marketing by getting the word out about Kairos Kafe! The Specials this week are mouth watering and full of delicious goodness! The Pork Chop Sandwich is a winner, and Mee-Maw’s Chicken and Dressing always hits the spot! The Fried Pimento Cheese on the Dinner Specials menu is off the chain and continuing to impress. I hope you’ll give it a shot! And I look forward to seeing your face in two locations!

The past week has been anything short of incredible. The longer I follow Jesus it amazes me that he always has a plan. Always. I believe in miracles, but the miracles that Jesus does in my life are not magic. It’s a process. And the Process brings about great changes. I am one of the most stubborn people that I know. Once I have my mind made up about something I’m generally stuck there. Almost 100% percent of the time though I find myself in these situations that seem hopeless, but when I humble myself and cry out to Jesus, he changes something in me and then everything changes. I am so thankful to not only be a follower of Jesus Christ, but that He counts me worth the process. Amazing Grace.
