Cassandra's Roasted Turkey- Whole Turkey Roasted in my Cousin Cassandra's Secret Recipe. This is the best Turkey I've ever prepared or tasted! Then we Slice it and cover it in the pan juices! It has both white and dark meat, no bones, no fuss! Just pop it in the oven for 45 minutes and you are ready to rock and roll!
Spiral Cut Ham with a Cranberry-Orange Glaze - 8-10 pounds - Growing up my Granny always cooked the best Hams for Thanksgiving to go alongside the Turkey. This is my interpretation of that Thanksgiving Memory. It's Spiral Cut, Fall off the bone tender, and glazed with a festive Cranberry Orange Glaze.
Pork Loin Stuffed with Granny's Apple Stuffing- I love pork loin around the Holidays! Especially when they are Stuffed with this Awesome Apple Stuffing inspired by my Grandmother, Sara Jones, the Author of Granny's Famous Rolls!
Mee-Maw's Cornbread Dressing- My Mee-Maw, Gladys Whitaker, made the absolute best Cornbread Dressing in the world! At the ripe old age of 12, she shared some of her secrets with me, and I still stay true to them! It wouldn't be Thanksgiving without the Dressing! This year, relax and let me make it, Mee-Maw's way!
Mee-Maw's Chicken and Dressing- A delicious spin on her original delicious goodness! Only this one is loaded with tender chunks of grilled chicken. Mmm Mmm good, and an alternative to traditional Turkey and Dressing.
Momma's Cheesy Chicken Baked Ziti- The name says it all! Ziti Pasta with tender pieces of grilled chicken smothered in a creamy cheese sauce and baked to perfection. A Kairos Favorite!
J.J.'s Awesome Cranberry Sauce- This has been a favorite recipe that I have perfected over the years. It's made from fresh cranberries with a hint of orange. The perfect addition to any Thanksgiving Feast.
Country Turkey Gravy- Made from Scratch Turkey Stock turns ordinary Gravy into a Masterpiece! It is seasoned with fresh sage, rosemary, and a few other things.
Brian’s Stuffed Jalapenos- I got this recipe from a good friend and Kairos Team Member Brian Oelschlager. They are not too hot, the peppers are seeded and we take out the heat segment before stuffing them with cream cheese, then we wrap them in bacon and bake them. The Perfect Starter to any Thanksgiving!
Green Bean Kasserole- As a kid, this was my favorite Holiday Side. As an adult, I have learned to take this classic to a new level! Cut Green Beans in a creamy mushroom sauce seasoned the Kairos way, with Cheddar, Mozzarella, and Parmesan. Then it's topped with fried onions and baked into mouth-watering deliciousness.
Sweet Potato Kasserole- Classic, Traditional Recipe. I love this recipe that I came up with through much trial and error! It's a little sweet without being overpowering, topped with pecans, maple syrup, and a crunchy crust.
Broccoli, Squash, Hashbrown, or Corn Kasserole - These are all original recipes. We have always gotten high marks on each one! The Broccoli has been devoured by folks that hate broccoli, the Squash has been perfected to an art, but without being mushy, the Hashbrown starts with our made from scratch hashbrowns, cheese, and a creamy sauce (It's perfect for Breakfast OR Lunch!) And the Corn is a unique culinary delight made with White Shoepeg Corn.
Lenora's Company Potatoes-Fresh Red Potatoes smashed with Butter, Sour Cream, and Kairos Special Seasonings. My Favorite Potato Recipe Ever.
Grice's Green Beans- Italian Cut Green Beans seasoned with sauteed Bacon, Diced Tomatoes, Oregano, and Garlic. The Best Green Beans I've ever had!
Glynis Gail's Broccoli Salad- My Aunt used to always make this for the Holidays. Right before we opened Kairos I was able to get the recipe. I've had different versions, and I believe this one is Stellar. It starts with small bite size broccoli florets, cheddar, bacon, onions (that are big enough to pull out if you don't eat them!) and an awesome sauce!
Bonham's Potato Salad- This is my Momma's Recipe. It starts with red potatoes, smashed with mayo, a little mustard, chopped pickles, awesome seasonings, and a little Cilantro to give it that Kairos Delicious Goodness Kick!
Granny's Grape Salad- I got this recipe right before Thanksgiving last year. We don't serve it often because of the long prepping process, but want to make it available for Thanksgiving. Red and Green Grapes are covered in a creamy poppyseed sauce, and caramelized with brown sugar. I always get rave reviews on this one!
Kairos Pumpkin Soup - My customers have described this as an "experience" Most people look funny when you say pumpkin soup, but once they try it, they become true believers.
Kairos Cream of Potato- This has always been our top selling Soup. It's made from scratch with red potatoes in a creamy broth with just the right amount of seasonings.
Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting - This is my newest addition to the Holidays. Scrumptious Pumpkin Cupcakes with just the right amount of spice...they taste like Thanksgiving! We finish them off with a delectable Cream Cheese Icing.
Kairos Chocolate Krackle- Our Top Seller! This one will wow even your most picky guests. It starts with a base of mouthwatering brownies, then a layer of decadent chocolate pudding, the next layer is fresh whipped cream, and its finished off with crushed butterfingers.
Kobblers- I have been playing with these for a few years, and we have an incredible selection.
Strawberry- The first one I made famous! This one is hard to beat, the flavors just pop!
Peach- The Classic recipe
Apple- Also a Classic, with cinnamon & brown sugar
Coconut- My recipe for Coconut Cream Pie inspired this one. It is off the charts good!
Lemon- This one started out as a dream, and has continued to wow everyone who tastes it!
Key Lime-The flavors of the Key Lime Custard are so delicious in this one. It was inspired by Key Lime Pie.
Pineapple- This one brings back memories of my childhood. My Granny loved coming up with recipes that showcased pineapple. This one is sure to please!
Peanut Butter- Inspired by my friend Jeff Dennis, who challenged me to come up with something made of peanut butter. People have been going crazy for this one! It is the most talked about Kobbler that I have ever made.
Peanut Butter "Cup" Kobbler- this is a spin on the original for those of us that just to have some chocolate to go alongside our peanut butter!
Granny's Rolls with Spunky Hollow Cream- My Granny's Recipe that folks can't seem to figure out... is it cornbread? Nope. Is it a Biscuit? Nope. Served with our Spunky Hollow Cream (Strawberry butter inspired by my other Grandmother)
Kairos Southern Sweet Tea- The best Tea out there! This is a recipe that I learned when I was 13. I love it, and one day I hope to be able to sell it in the stores!
Kairos Yankee Unsweet Tea- No Description Necessary
Kairos Luscious Lemonade- I always get the best comments about our Lemonade. It goes through a long process, but it is worth the effort!
Kairos Strawberry Lemonade- This is the first time we've offered this! It takes the Luscious to a new and delicious level!
