I can't believe that December is already here! I am looking forward to all the Holiday Parties and even all the craziness that happens in the Food business during the hectic month of December.
Tomorrow is the 4 year anniversary for Kairos Kafe & Kairos Katering. It seems like just yesterday that we opened, but then in another way if I look back on the journey then I realize all the lessons and the things that we have all learned and it utterly amazes me.
Tonight, my Staff and I will gather here to celebrate this milestone and to celebrate Christmas together before the Season starts in full force. We are having it catered for the first time ever by my wonderful friend Chef Bob! (www.chefbob.com) I know he will do an incredible job!
I am Thankful for my Staff and all the people that make up Kairos, but I am also thankful for each one of you!
Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity over the past 4 years to continue Building Relationships Around Food with each of you!
