In 2006 we opened the doors of Kairos Kafe and Kairos Katering... this was the fulfillment of a lifelong dream for me, and over the past few years I have learned alot about life, leadership, and following Jesus from my heart. I would love to share some of those lessons and struggles, as well as Recipes and other things we have all learned on this journey that we call Building Relationships Around Food...

My take on this week's Specials...
What's up Kairos Fans,
I hope all of you are doing well! The Specials this week are a blend of old and new favorites and a few twists on some classic dishes...
Chicken Cacciatore, served up Kairos Style, comes via a request from my Mom and my friend Boo (who was the book-keeper when I worked at Leonardo's). I had the opportunity to eat with these ladies one evening this week after taking my Mom to a Doctor's appointment (I have been a nurse the last few weeks because my Mom had foot surgery)...
I was listening to them talk about how they used to eat lunch together everyday when they worked together... they both agreed one of their top lunches was the chicken cacciatore at Leonardo's, so it made me wonder why I never tried it at Kairos... so here goes out version of it, and I hope you like it! If you do, thank My Mom and Boo!
The Fish is pan seared Tilapia with a Honeymustard Glaze...mmmm... the soup is our now near famous cream of potato, and the veggie is something new that I came up with while chatting with my friend Tracey Miller. It is a cold salad with vine ripened tomatoes, fresh herbs, and blackeyed peas! It is so good! You have to try it!
I look forward to seeing you this week in Kairos Kafe!
God Bless You and have an awesome week!
May today be all you need it to be. May the peace of God and the freshness of the Holy Spirit rest in your thoughts, rule in your dreams tonight, and conquer all of your fears. May God manifest himself today in ways you have never ever experienced. May your joys be fulfilled, your dreams be closer, and your prayers be answered. I pray that faith enters a new height for you; I pray that your territory is enlarged. I pray for peace, healing, health, happiness, prosperity, joy, true and undying love for God for you.
God promises a safe landing, not a calm passage.
