Mother's Day Fun... and a new coupon...

What's up guys,

I hope that all of you have had a wonderful week. We have had a good time getting ready for Mother's Day, and we look forward to having a great time with some of you this Sunday.

I still have reservations open if you haven't made any. It was kind of weird this year, because I have been encouraging people to make them early, and somehow people have gotten the idea that we're already full, but I still have space available!

If you want a sneak peek of one of the side dishes that will be on the buffet, click on the link below to watch me make the Watermelon-Tomato Salad with Janice Rogers on Fox 6

I know that alot of you guys use your Kairos Coupons and that makes me happy. We have had some problems with them, though, so starting this week the coupons will be dated and you will need to use the one in this e-mail by the end of the week. That is the best way to keep track of them and avoid problems.

Mother's Day is the day when we honor our Mothers and give them a special day. I hope that each of you find a special way to tell your mothers and grandmothers what they mean to you. My Mom is special to me for many reasons and on many levels. The most amazing part of a Mother's love for her children is the sacrificial nature that most Moms possess.

My Mom (all my life) has sacrificed so that I could succeed. There were alot of times after I became a man that she didn't agree with what I was doing, but still supported me. (I don't mean morally) Opening Kairos was one of those things. My Mom thought that opening a restaurant was too risky of a venture for me to do. It's funny how our Dad's will encourage us to take risks, but our Momma's just want to keep us safe.

But, once she knew that I had made up my mind, she became one of my biggest fans and supporters. She has always been behind me to help me do whatever I was determined to do, and I am so grateful to have a Mother like that! Thanks, Mom!

Thank You to all you wonderful ladies out there who are awesome Mother's and role models to your kids. You make this world a better place. God Bless You, and Happy Mother's Day!
