Happy Memorial Day...

What’s up Kairos Fans,
Kairos will be closed Monday May 31st for Memorial Day. I hope that each of you has a safe and fun holiday, and that you get lots of rest. I usually look forward to this time of year and a three day weekend to kick off the summer. This year, however, we will be Katering a Wedding Reception in Columbiana and a 50th Anniversary Celebration in Hoover.

I am excited because I am doing what I love and because many of you guys continue to choose Kairos for all the special moments in your lives. That is truly a blessing...

Memorial Day is supposed to be a time when we, as Americans, reflect on the sacrifices made by others so that we can enjoy the benefits of living in a free country. I am grateful for our military, and my prayers are with our troops and with the families of those who have paid the ultimate price with their lives. I hope you will all join me in those prayers.

The Coupon for next week is a new and interesting one... I’m calling it an “Early-Bird” Coupon. If you come in between the hours of 10:30 and 11:30 you can get a free entrée with the purchase of one of equal or lesser value. I hope you will take advantage of it. I thought it was a neat way to get more folks in earlier.

Check out the Specials for the week... they look great! I am especially fond of the fresh sauteed sugar snap peas and the pan seared tilapia with white wine - basil sauce...

I’ve gotta go for now! Branden and I are working on some beautiful Groom’s Cakes that have the Chinese Symbols for Faith, Hope, and Love on them. It was a Special request from the Bride and Groom who recently went on a Missionary trip to China.

I look forward to seeing you next week! God Bless You!!
