Hello,
I hope all of you are doing well. This is Branden McIntosh filling in for James. We have a lot happening around here and James is busy making a thousand (I’m not Kidding) Cupcakes for a job we have this weekend.
We have had a great week here, because we have been super busy in the kitchen and I love to be busy because it gets your adrenaline going and things get really fun.
The specials this week are really good, I really love the Cheesy Chicken baked Ziti, and the Ribeye Sandwich is the best. The Fried Green Tomato and onion ring on top really make it something special. The Strawberry Kobbler is something I could go on about, but you should try it for yourself and see how good it is!
Next week is our Easter Buffet, and I’m excited about the Buffet... so many options to choose from...And who would come up with the Corn Kobbler? James. It’s the Bomb! You should make your reservations before it’s too late!
Check out the desserts, too, on our Easter Buffet. They are also some of James’ Kreations. One day I will take over the baking department here at Kairos... we’ve already come up with a name: Kairos Kreations. Don’t you love it?
I hope to see you all in the restaurant next week, and don’t forget to make your Easter reservations!
God Bless you, and have a great week!
