Together we are building an Awesome Team...

What’s up Kairos Fans,

It has truly been an incredible week! Today, my staff and I Katered two weddings...at the same time...in different zip codes! I told each of them this morning how proud I was of each of them, and how grateful I was to have them on the Kairos Team! And I am grateful to God for teaching me how to be a Leader.

Later on as I thought more about it, the thought struck me that I have worked in places with staffs three times the size of ours, and there was no way I could’ve pulled off two weddings at the same time... it just never would have happened, and yet, here we are, three years into business, and I trust them enough to split them up and know that they are capable of giving our customers a “special time” that they will never forget! That’s what I call building a Team!

I also came up with a new cake recipe at the request of one of the Bride’s, Sarah, who wanted a lemon cake with white icing and lemon filling... after tonight I know that one is a winner, so look forward to seeing it on special soon.

Speaking of Specials, this week is customer favorite’s week at Kairos... Marian’s Meat Baked Ziti (our flagship ziti recipe) is served with a Salad and Granny’s Rolls... most of you have always shown your affection for the Cream of Potato Soup that’s on this week, the Baked Greek Tilapia is on because you love it, Broccoli Kasserole is as good as ever, and of course there is the Chocolate Krackle...

Load up the gang and head to Kairos this week! Thank You so much for supporting us, and for believing in us! Have a Great Week! God Bless You!

*Sunday January 31st "Redemption Row" will be performing a Concert here to benefit Haiti... please plan to come, and bring a friend. It starts at 6:00 p.m.
